In order to ensure the publicity and fairness of the transaction process, the Exchange will strictly implement the information confidentiality obligations and keep confidential the information exist during the transaction process.

Where the bidder uses the online bidding system to trade, including multiple online quotes and one online quote, the Exchange will keep the information generating from the bidding process confidential. Non-confidential staffs of the Exchange have no right to view the relevant confidential information.

The Exchange guarantees that, once the project has completed, apart from providing the transaction result to the principal and providing the relevant information to the judicial authorities as the law required, the Exchange will not disclose the relevant information to any other third party or use the relevant information in any other purpose.
